House Hustler has formed a Partnership with The Northumbria University Students Union, allowing students to search for student homes at their convenience within the Student Union from their innovative touch screens. The House Hustler Housing Service allows letting agents in Newcastle to advertise their properties to students within the Union building, – the difference from other Student Property Portals being, each letting agent has to be approved and go through an application process, ensuring they sign and stick to the House Hustler Code of Standards. Students are often worried about the reliability of information some Letting agents advertise. With the House Hustler Housing Service students know they can have more trust in the information they are given.

Students simply use the touch screens to quickly search through student properties that meet their criteria and within a few touches they can reserve a viewing, or if they are not sure, students can request more property information from the letting agent. The Housing Service allows students to find the right accommodation for each student easily and reliably from the heart of the University, the Student Union.
“It can be hard for a student to know where to look for accommodation, especially as for many students this is their fist experience of independent living and many are new to the city . Although the majority of letting agents and landlords practice to a good standard, some take advantage of a student’s inexperience.
