The changes come in the form of two new banners, one that, when clicked, will list all of the best-selling rugs available on the site, whilst the other will show budget rugs, the more affordable products on the site. These banners have been created based on feedback from customers on what they wanted to see and statistics of what users were searching for. It is hoped that they will improve search functionality and allow customers to find what they are looking for much quicker.
Rugmerchant Online Limited re-launched its website late in 2012 but has been trading since 1999. They sell rugs from industry names such as Louis de Poortere and Mastercraft and have online shops on both eBay and Amazon.co.uk. They also offer made-to-measure rugs and a personal shopper experience in which a specialist can visit a customer’s home to discuss which rugs will be best suited to their home.
