England 10/05/2012 – The team at littleblackdress.co.uk have found yet another way to help their customers find the right dress for them
From the very start, the team at www.littleblackdress.co.uk have worked hard to look after their customers. They have ensured that, not only do they sell huge range of dresses, they also provide their customers with all of the accessories they could possibly need. This includes jewellery, handbags, shoes, tights and even hair adornments.
However, they have also tried to provide their customers with advice. Until fairly recently this advice came in the form of articles on their blog and online magazine. These articles outline to the women who visit their website the kind of styles that would suit their body shape. For example, the advice to curvy women to choose maxi dresses to provide extra height and skim off the inches.
On other occasions they have provided advice about how to accessorise dresses to ensure that women look the very best they can regardless the kind of figure they have. This includes advice for women with fuller figures to add detail at the neckline.
However, in May the team at LBD decided to take things a step further by opening Gemma’s style hotline. Customers who are looking for extra help or a specific kind of dress for a special occasion can drop Gemma, LBD’s assistant editor and Style Expert a line via e-mail. The customer then either receives advice via e-mail. Of, however, they prefer to speak to someone all they need to do is to include their telephone number in the e-mail they send seeking advice. Gemma or a member of her team then calls the customer direct to discuss their needs.
The LBD magazine continues to offer general advice
The introduction of this new service does not mean that the team at www.littleblackdress.co.uk will not continue to update the magazine and blog with advice. On the contrary, the rate of entries has been stepped up. They want their customers to stay abreast of all of the latest fashion trends and to get access to tips from designers and celebrities.
