People Insight’s latest employee engagement research shows that line managers play a crucial role in influencing employee engagement levels. The organisation has analysed the items within their survey data that most closely correlate with engagement and have designed a management training programme to target the specific management behaviours that drive engagement and avoid disengagement, at the team level.
This programme has been created for organisations that have recently undertaken an employee engagement survey and that want to provide line managers with an understanding of engagement, how it influences business performance, what factors drive it and which of those they can most influence as a line manager.
