urbanbubble Adds 1000 New Residential Units and Hits 2013 Targets Early

Manchester, United Kingdom (5th August, 2013) – urbanbubble, a leading provider of residential property management services, has secured a further 1000 residential units and hit its new business targets for 2013 well ahead of schedule.

urbanbubble has won contracts with Artisan’s Advent 1, 2 and 3, as well as Muse Developments’ Smithfield Estate; they have also secured two more contracts with RTMs in the North West. Advent 1, 2 and 3 will add 385 units to urbanbubble’s portfolio, with work commencing on the 1st of September. The Smithfield Estate will bring in another 268 units as of the 1st of October, and a further 80 are already under construction. From December, urbanbubble will assume responsibility for 201 units for another site in Manchester, and 180 units at another in Preston.

urbanbubble has experienced steady growth since its inception in 2008, and has continually met targets year-on-year, with a 100% client-retention rate. 2013 has been a definitive year for the residential property management firm and its reputation for providing a high level of service and value.

The company’s success to date can be attributed to relationships built with Residential Management Companies dissatisfied with their incumbent managing agent, and looking for a service provider that would deliver on promises. urbanbubble has proven time and again that it is committed to looking after its residents’ homes & investments, and that it has the ability to sustain the service without charging an extortionate management fee.

It is within urbanbubble’s growth plan to continue to build businesses with RMCs, but also to extend its reach out to developers. Instead of coming in to clean up the mess left by its predecessors, it can instil best practice from day one and put into operation the processes it has proven to work. This business strategy is proving successful and the firm expects to exceed 2013’s targets further with a number of other new business projects in the pipeline.

Michael Howard, Managing Director at urbanbubble, said: “I am genuinely delighted that we have secured this level of new business. It is a great position to be in, but I wouldn’t say it was unexpected; I have always known that the business model I have built had real potential, that we were filling a gap in the market and providing a level of service and value like no other.

“It takes time to build a reputation for excellence, but we have just that, and in 2012, we began to see real signs that our name was getting out there and new business began flowing in. We have worked hard this year to ensure that the business is in a place to take on the volume we are experiencing; we have doubled up on office space, invested significantly in technological innovations and employed more staff. It is our ability to deliver the quality of service that we do that ensures our success—we look forward to working with our new clients and to further growth, in the North West and beyond.”
